Most service contracts have two things in common: you pay a lot of money up front and never see your service vendor unless you have a problem. You immediately receive value because every PREVENT-13 contract begins with a complete on-site printer overhaul of your HP and Xerox laser printers.

What is PREVENT-13?

PREVENT-13 BASIC, our basic service, is a 13-step on-site overhaul that can be performed on HP and Xerox laser printers. This service program substantially eliminates the problems that most printers encounter with typical use. If this overhaul and cleaning does not solve your problem, then you pay only for the parts needed. Essentially, you get a cleaning and a service call for one price.

PREVENT-13 ELITE includes the 13-step process that results in a complete overhaul of your laser printer. The initial visit includes PREVENT-13 service and a thorough inspection of your machine. Any parts needed at this time to bring the machine up to spec will be at customer expense. After your machine is brought up to spec, we fully warrant your machine, including parts and labor, for any breakdowns for a period of one year. Scheduled user maintenance kits are excluded from this warranty.
