Printer Solutions, a printer service and supply company, has been in business since 1989; however, the current owners acquired the business at the end of 1994 while printer technology was in its infancy.  After rebuilding hundreds of toner cartridges in the owner’s garage, a full-service “shop” was opened in 1997 in the Mission Square shopping center.  The business grew from re-manufacturing toner cartridges to a full service printer repair and supply shop during the past 14 years. In late 2004, owners Jo and Ken Sneed decided to change the company’s name from Laser Tech to Printer Solutions to more accurately reflect the nature of their business.

The service department is lead by the service manager Ken Sneed.  Along side of Ken is two technicians that repair and service printers daily, while a third technician is responsible for re-manufacturing different types of compatible toner cartridges.  Customer service representatives are on hand each day to answer the phone and take service calls. Free delivery is provided every day to Midland, Odessa, and the surrounding Permian Basin Areas.
